Sweet & Spicy Salmon
Healthy, nutritious Indian inspired salmon that is quick and easy to make. Make it in the Ninja Foodi Air Grill, and absolutely delicious!

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 3 salmon fillets (200g each)
- 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp tamarind
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon

Step 1
Mix together all of the ingredients apart from the salmon to create a marinade

Marinade the salmon in the mixture for 1 hour

Pre heat the Ninja Foodi Health Grill & Air Fryer

Place the salmon fillets on the grill plate, set to high and close the lid

Cook for 10 – 12 minutes. Check midway and if it is grilling too fast, adjust temperature and time
