- 1 medium cauliflower chopped into florets
For the marinade
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 inch ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp curry powder (I use madras)
- 1 tsp dried fenugreek (optional)
- Oil for brushing

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.

Add the cauliflower florets and mix well.

Step 3
Put the florets into the air fryer basket and brush with oil.

Set to 180 and bake for 16 – 18 minutes. Check midway and brush with more oil if necessary.
