Tandoori Cauliflower

Roast tandoori cauliflower florets are healthy, make a lovely snack and work well in a salad with a green chutney dressing.

Cooking mode

  • 1 medium cauliflower chopped into florets

For the marinade

  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 inch ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder (I use madras)
  • 1 tsp dried fenugreek (optional)
  • Oil for brushing

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add the cauliflower florets and mix well.

  • Step 3

    Put the florets into the air fryer basket and brush with oil.

  • Step 4

    Set to 180 and bake for 16 – 18 minutes. Check midway and brush with more oil if necessary.
