Tandoori Chicken Breast

Tender and juicy chicken that is flavoured with Tandoori Spices. Tandoori Masala is available as a paste or powder in most Supermarkets.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (cut into 1/2 inch thick slices)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1 1/4 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp tandoori masala powder or paste

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Ginger and Tandoori Masala in a large bowl.

  • Step 2

    Poke small holes in the Breast with the tip of a knife. (Optional – this helps the marinade to soak in).

  • Step 3

    Add the Chicken Breasts and marinade for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Preheat the Grill and add the Grill plate.

  • Step 5

    Select grill and set temperature to medium. Set time to 20 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Baste the Chicken regularly and flip mid way.
