Tangerine Sorbet

This 2 ingredient Tangerine Sorbet is unbelievably smooth, refreshing and delicious. Perfect all year round served on its own or with fresh fruit.


  • 425ml tangerine juice (roughly 7 tangerines)
  • 90g raw cane sugar or light agave nectar

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Blend all of the ingredients, in a bullet-style blender, alternatively whisk together in a mixing bowl. Transfer to the ice cream tub and seal with the lid. Freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 2

    Once frozen, remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select SORBET. Once the programme has finished, remove lid and serve immediately.
