Cooking mode

  • 1 small shallot, quartered
  • 4 small cornichons
  • 1 tbsp cornichon brine
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Pepper, as desired
  • 150g mayonnaise, divided

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Install blade into the chopper bowl. 

  • Step 2

    Place shallot, cornichons, capers, parsley, pepper and 50g of mayonnaise into the chopper in the order listed.  

  • Step 3

    Assemble the power base onto the chopper lid then assemble the lid to the chopper. 

  • Step 4

    Press and hold the power button and process until combined about 30 seconds.  

  • Step 5

    Remove lid and blade, stir in remaining mayonnaise and place into storing container
