Tofu Gyros Wrap
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
For the Wrap
- 1 whole grain wrap
- 50g hummus
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 20g mango
- ¼ avocado
- 5g vegan feta
For the tofu Gyros
- 50g smoked tofu
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- ½ tsp chili
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Utensils

Step 1
Slice the smoked tofu and then put it in a pan and fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 2
Add the spices for the Tofu gyros and fry another 5 minutes

Step 3
Add hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, mango, avocado, feta and our tofu gyros to the wrap, roll it up and fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
