Tuna, Feta Cheese & Broccoli Egg Bake

A super simple, practical protein recipe that can be simply made by throwing all the ingredients of your food processor and straight in the oven.

You can make this recipe and then slice it into batches for the week. You can play around with ingredients too!

Cooking mode

  • 1 tin tuna drained (approximately 100g)
  • 10 whole eggs
  • 75g broccoli chopped in small pieces
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Begin by preheating the oven at 200c degrees.

  • Step 2

    Using the bowl of your food processor and the plastic blade, place all of the ingredients in the bowl and pulse until the ingredients have thoroughly mixed together.

  • Step 3

    Using a loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper, pour the egg mixture into the tin and place in the oven.

  • Step 4

    Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes, pierce in the centre to make sure it has cooked through.

  • Step 5

    Wait to cool before slicing.
