Turkish Red Lentil Soup

This lightly Spiced, Healthy and delicious Turkish Red Lentil Soup is best served with a squeeze of Lemon.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 small Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100g Red Lentils
  • 45g Bulgur Wheat
  • 50g Rice
  • 750ml Vegetable Stock
  • 70ml Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp dried Mint
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Lemon

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add Onion and Garlic to Soup Maker and press Chop.

  • Step 2

    Add Oil and press Saute.

  • Step 3

    Add all the remaining ingredients and select Smooth.

  • Step 4

    Serve with a squeeze of Lemon Juice.
