- 1 small Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 100g Red Lentils
- 45g Bulgur Wheat
- 50g Rice
- 750ml Vegetable Stock
- 70ml Tomatoes, Pureed
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp dried Mint
- Salt & Pepper
- Lemon

Step 1
Add Onion and Garlic to Soup Maker and press Chop.

Add Oil and press Saute.

Add all the remaining ingredients and select Smooth.

Serve with a squeeze of Lemon Juice.
