Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Who says if you follow a plant-based can’t enjoy chocolate chip cookies? These buttery rich gooey cookies are made with a dairy-free butter and dairy-free dark chocolate chip pieces. You won’t be able to tell the difference.

Cooking mode

- 140g unsalted melted butter
- 120g light brown sugar
- 80g white sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
- 230g plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dairy-free chocolate chunks
- sea salt (optional)
Utensils

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen along with the dough blade, add the melted butter and the two sugars, select low for approximately 20 seconds to allow the butter and sugars to mix.

Add the coconut milk, flour and vanilla extract select low again for approximately 20 seconds. Combine the dry and wet ingredients together and form a cookie dough.

Add the dairy-free chocolate chunk pieces and select low for 5-10 seconds to mix the chocolate pieces with the dough.

Place the cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Now preheat your oven at 170C degrees.

Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop the cookie dough into balls, place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and place in the oven.

Bake for approximately 13-15 minutes.
