  • 200g pickled or roasted pepper
  • 50g cashews
  • 15g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 Juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Soak Cashews for at least 30 minutes in hot water

  • Step 2

    In the meantime, preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake 2 paprikas (This step is only required if you don’t find any pickled pepper)

  • Step 3

    Transfer everything to your Ninja Blender and mix for 1 Minute.

  • Step 4

    Put the cheese in a boiled glass to keep it longer

  • Step 5

    Serve with bread and enjoy this beautiful dish
