Vegetarian Pizza

We now only make pizza in the Ninja Grill because the results are so amazing. This pizza was made for the meat lovers in our family who are trying to cut down on their consumption. Add in your favourite toppings to make them unique for every member of the family!

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

For the passata mix

  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves
  • A pinch of Dried oregano
  • To taste Salt and pepper

For the pizza

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pack Pre-made pizza dough
  • 3 Mushrooms (sliced finely)
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno slices
  • ¼ Red pepper cut into 1 inch squares
  • 2 tbsp Corn kernels
  • ½ small Red onion (sliced finely)
  • 2 handfuls Mozzarella and chedder (combined)

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine the ingredients for the passata mix in a bowl

  • Step 2

    Preheat the grill on the bake setting, using the high temperature

  • Step 3

    Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Poke holes all over with a fork

  • Step 4

    Once the grill has pre-heated, place the dough into the grill and allow to bake on high for 3 – 4 minutes

  • Step 5

    Open the grill and carefully add the passata and vegetables on to the dough

  • Step 6

    Top with the cheese

  • Step 7

    Bake for a further 4 – 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted
