Cooking mode

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cup buttermilk or kefir
  • 4 tbsp butter - melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch salt

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Put all dry ingredients in the food processor bowl with the chopping blade attached. Mix for 10 s

  • Step 2

    Add all wet ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Pulse the mixture for 30s

  • Step 4

    Scrape the batter from the sides and if you have dry flour left pules for another 10s.

  • Step 5

    Transfer the batter to the piping bag. Cut small hole at the end.

  • Step 6

    Make sure that the frying pan is hot and oiled with your favourite frying fat.

  • Step 7

    Squeeze many small blobs of batter on the pan. Check them as they frying really fast. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

  • Step 8

    Serve as cereal, with favourite milk and fruit.
