Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 300g orzo
  • 550ml hot vegetable stock
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 100g fresh baby spinach
  • 100g grated parmesan

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add the orzo, stock and garlic to the pot. 

  • Step 2

    Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position. 

  • Step 3

    Select PRESSURE and set to HIGH and set the time to 4 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin. 

  • Step 4

    When pressure cooking is complete, allow pressure to natural release for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, quick release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the VENT position.  

  • Step 5

    Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure. Stir in the parmesan, mixing well until it has completely melted. 

  • Step 6

    Add the spinach and mix until it has wilted down. 

  • Step 7

    Serve immediately.
