Fresh Mint Sauce
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 bunch mint leaves, stripped off stem
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 3-4 tbsp boiling water

Step 1
Place the mint into the 700ml cup.

Step 2
Press PULSE 2–3 times until roughly chopped.

Step 3
Add vinegar, sugar and water. Press PULSE 2-3 times until mixed.

Step 4
Remove blades from cup after blending.
