Cooking mode

- 100g fresh or smoked salmon
- 1 large avocado
- 1 shallot
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 mango
- Toasted baguette slices to serve
Utensils

Step 1
Using the food processor with the blade attached, chop shallot, then salmon.

Then puree mango.

Step 3
Mix together everything adding salt & pepper, mashed avocado, half of mango pure and lime juice. Mix well until combined.

Step 4
Using a big cookie cutter, press ingredients down creating a nice shape on the plate.

Serve with toasted baguette and remaining mango puree.
