Edamame, Pea & Mint Dip

quinoa, this edamame, pea & mint dip is so versatile! Which way will you eat it first?

Cooking mode

  • 120g frozen edamame beans
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
  • Pinch of salt

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add the frozen edamame beans and frozen beans to a saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes or according to packet instructions.

  • Step 2

    Drain and allow to cool.

  • Step 3

    Add the edamame beans and peas to your food processor along with all the other ingredients and blend using the puree setting until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Keep refrigerating in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.
