Cooking mode

  • 140g fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 100g oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50g stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tsp peanut butter of choice

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Begin by adding the Greek yoghurt and oats in the cup of your Ninja Blender and pulse to mush both ingredients together. Add the baking powder, cocoa, stevia, egg and repeat.

  • Step 2

    Pre-heat your Ninja Foodi Flip Oven at 170C degrees (if you are using a conventional oven pre-heat the oven at the beginning).

  • Step 3

    Pour the mixture directly into greased muffin tins and bake in the oven for approximately 15-17 minutes.

  • Step 4

    When the muffins have baked, remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool, then slice the muffins horizontally across the middle and add one teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle and join the muffins together.
