Miso Chilli Sweet Potatoes

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 sweet potatoes, roughly cubed
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 2 tbsp mayo juice
  • 1/2 lime red chilli (optional)
  • Spring onion, chopped
  • 200ml water

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the sweet Potatoes in the basket, add in 200ml water and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes

  • Step 2

    Quick release pressure

  • Step 3

    Carefully drain any liquid from the cooking pot

  • Step 4

    Spray the potatoes with fry light and air fry for 20 mins at 210°c

  • Step 5

    In the meantime mix together 1 Tbsp of white miso paste with 2 Tbsp of Mayo and the juice of 1/2 a lime

  • Step 6

    Finely chop some red chilli for garnish

  • Step 7

    Once cooked and nice and golden remove the potatoes and transfer to a serving dish

  • Step 8

    You can with leave them cubed or gently press with a wooden spoon for a smashed texture

  • Step 9

    Pour over the miso Mayo and sprinkle over the chopped chilli & spring onion
