  • 110g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 90g white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150g plain flour
  • 100g white chocolate pieces + 50g for the chocolate drizzle
  • 10-20 orange gel colouring drops

Utensils

  • Step 1

Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade, add the melted butter along with the sugar and select low for 30-45 seconds to thoroughly mix both ingredients together.

  • Step 2

Add the egg and the plain flour and select low again for approximately 30 seconds to combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

  • Step 3

Add the white chocolate pieces and 10 orange colour drops and select low for 15-20 seconds.

  • Step 4

Set your Ninja Mini Flip oven to bake at 170C degrees and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the blondie mixture and press to flatten it out.

  • Step 5

Place in the oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out clean.

  • Step 6

Leave the blondies in the tray to cool completely before cutting into squares.

  • Step 7

Melt 50g of white chocolate over a bowl of hot water, add 8-10 colouring drops and mix, then drizzle the orange white chocolate over the blondies and decorate with edible eyes (optional).
