Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 100g gluten-free flour
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 100g sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Chunks of milk or dark chocolate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, oil, nut butter, milk and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen blender and whizz up until smooth and quite thick.

  • Step 2

    Spoon between 6-hole silicone / well greased muffin tin and fill to nearly the top. Bake at 180C for 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove, sprinkle over some marshmallows over each and push in a few chunks of chocolate, then return to the oven to continue baking for another 15 minutes until golden (careful the marshmallows don’t burn!).

  • Step 4

    Leave to cool, pop out of the tin and enjoy!
