Grilled Peaches and Apricots

These Grilled Apricots and Peaches make a great snack or breakfast when paired with Yoghurt drizzled with Honey. Or you could have them as a dessert with Caramel and Ice Cream.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 ripe Apricots, halves and pitted
  • Spray Oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat the Grill on High.

  • Step 2

    Combine the Sugar and Cinnamon in a bowl and mix together.

  • Step 3

    Select Grill and Medium on the Ninja Grill.

  • Step 4

    Set the timer to 8 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Once ready spray the Peaches and Apricots with Oil and then add to the Grill, cut side down.

  • Step 6

    After 5 minutes, lift the lid and flip the peaches.

  • Step 7

    Spoon the Sugar over the top and into the middle of the Peaches. Cook for 1 more minute.
