Cooking mode

  • 100g gluten-free flour
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 100g sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 100ml milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 75g white chocolate, cut into chunks

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the flour, almonds, sweetener and baking powder, yogurt, eggs, coconut oil, milk and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and whizz up to form a thick batter.

  • Step 2

    Spread this out in a 9x9in greased and lined baking tin, then scatter over the blueberries and chocolate and press in gently.

  • Step 3

    Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm. Leave to cool then cut into bars and remove from the tin.
