Cooking mode

- 40g butter
- 80g spoon biscuit
- 2 eggs
- 300g skimmed quark
- 150g cream cheese
- lemon abrasion
- 30g brown sugar
- 1/2 vanilla pulp
- 10g starch
- frozen berries as topping
Utensils

Step 1
Crush the spoon biscuit or other biscuits. Melt the butter and mix with the crushed biscuits. Add the biscuit mixture to the jars and press firmly.

Mix quark, cream cheese & sugar well. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add to the quark. Stir in the lemon abrasion and the eggs. Spread the cheese cream evenly on the bottom of the jars.

Step 3
Fill a shallow bowl with water and place it under the grid in the multi-cooker. Place the four glasses on the grid. Close the lid.

Step 4
Function: Set BAKE. Temperature: 175° C. Time: approx. 35-40 min. Remove and allow to cool.

Top with red groats and serve.
