Cooking mode

- 120g oat flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 100g sweetener
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 50g sultanas

Step 1
Place the flour, protein powder, sweetener and mixed spice, egg, oil, milk and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and pulse well until the mixture comes together. Mix in the carrot and raisins until combined.

Step 2
Divide into 9-10 portions and place on a lined baking tray then flatten and round off to form cookie shapes. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes until golden then leave to cool. Enjoy!
