Indian Masala Lamb Chops
A delicious recipe for succulent lamb chops marinated in a spiced yoghurt sauce. Perfect for meal prep, high protein diets or family evening meals.

- 2KG Lamb chops
- 200g Natural yoghurt
- 80ml Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 3/4 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tap Onion powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 4 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Utensils

Step 1
Marinate chops in a large bowl with all the ingredients listed for 2 hours. Insert grill plate in unit.

Select grill and set temperature to medium. Set time to 20 minutes. Select Start to pre heat.

Once ready, open and add 4 chops.

Close lid to begin cooking.

Flip after 5 minutes. Close lid.

Check at 4 minutes and cook for an additional minute if needed. Continue with remaining chops.
