Cooking mode

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 50g gluten-free flour
  • 100g sweetener
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 75g frozen cherries
  • Desiccated coconut

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Melt the coconut oil and chocolate then leave to cool a little.

  • Step 2

    Place the ground almonds, flour, sweetener and cocoa powder into your Ninja Kitchen food processor then pour in the chocolate, eggs and vanilla.

  • Step 3

    Blend well until a chocolate batter forms. Pour into a lined 9x9in greased and lined baking tin and spread out evenly.

  • Step 4

    Scatter the cherries over and push in gently. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until firm. Leave to cool then scatter over some coconut.

  • Step 5

    Cut into 9-12 pieces, then remove from the tin and enjoy.
