White Chocolate Crispy Brownie Slice

Cooking mode

For the base

  • 100g oats
  • 100g nuts
  • 100g dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes then drained
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the rice crispy base

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g white chocolate 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 20g rice crispies

To drizzle

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 30g dark chocolate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the oats, nuts, drained dates, cocoa powder and maple syrup into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and whizz up for a minute or two until all of the mixture is broken down and comes together.

  • Step 2

    Spoon into a lined loaf tin and press down well in an even layer.

  • Step 3

    Melt the coconut oil, white chocolate and nut butter then mix in the rice crispies until well combined. Spread over the base in an even layer then chill in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

  • Step 4

    Pop out of the tin and cut into bars. Melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate then drizzle over each one. Keep in the fridge and enjoy!
