Smashed Avocado On Toast

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 large avocado, stone removed
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
  • Pinch chilli flakes
  • Mixed seeds, as desired

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Flip unit up to vertical position.

  • Step 2

    Place bread in slot and the +/- SHADE buttons to select the desired shade level.

  • Step 3

    Add the avocado flesh to a small bowl with lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, if desired. Mix until well combined.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, remove toast. Top both pieces with smashed avocado and top as desired with mixed seeds.
