Cooking mode

- 10g fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 10g fresh basil leaves
- 5g fresh mint leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon capucine capers, drained
- 2 anchovies
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1
Assemble blade into the chopper bowl.

Place herbs into the bowl in the order listed.

Install the processing lid onto the bowl, then assemble the power base onto the processing lid.

Press and hold the power button and pulse a few times until roughly chopped.

Step 5
Remove power base and lid. Add the remaining ingredients, then replace lid and power base. Press and hold the power button and pulse until combined for about 10 seconds.

Step 6
Remove power base, lid, and blades. Transfer salsa verde to bowl and serve.
