When your regular protein shake doesn’t hit the spot and you’re craving something a little more festive, this Candy Cane Protein Shake will hit the spot!

For the shake
- 225ml sugar-free plant-based milk of choice
- 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 mini candy cane
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp high quality peppermint extract
- 4-8 ice cubes
To serve
- Agave nectar
- Crushed candy cane
- Whipped cream
Utensils

Step 1
Take a highball glass and dip the rim in agave nectar then dip and gently roll in a plate of crushed candy canes. Set glass to one side.

Turn the blender ON by holding the power button

Step 3
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed. Then secure the lid back on the vessel.

To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.

Transfer to rimmed glass, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes.
