Soy & Lemongrass Salmon Fillets

Cooking mode

  • 2 x 150g salmon fillets

For the marinade

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2cm piece ginger, grates
  • A pinch black pepper
  • A pinch chilli flakes

Topping

  • 1/2 red chilli sliced finely
  • A few leaves coriander, sliced finely
  • A pinch sesame seeds
  • 200g fine green beans
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • Step 1

    In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together. Add salmon and turn over to coat both sides with marinade. Top with chilli slices, coriander and sesame seeds. Place in a refrigerator and leave to marinade for 1 hour.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile in a bowl, toss green beans and tomatoes. Insert the crisper plates in both drawers. Add salmon fillets to zone 1 drawer, add beans and tomatoes to zone 2 drawer and insert drawers into unit.

  • Step 3

    Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C and set time to 10 minutes. Select zone 2, select AIR FRY set temperature to 200°C and set time to 8 minutes. Select SYNC. Select START/STOP to begin. When zone 2 drawer reaches 4 minutes, give the drawer a shake.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, transfer salmon and vegetables to a plate and serve with noodles or rice. Garnish with coriander leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
