Cooking mode

For the base
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7oz sour cream
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch salt
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp milk
- 3.5oz dark chocolate grated
For the frosting
- 5oz chocolate glaze
- 3.5oz cream

Step 1
Combine the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixing device. Add eggs one after the other. Add sour cream and mix again.

Combine in a separate bowl flour, salt, cacao and baking soda. Add to the dough. Then add milk and the grated dark chocolate and mix all together.

Place the dough into the pot of the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker MAX and set BAKE for 45 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.

Step 4
Set aside to cool completely. For the chocolate glaze chop the chocolate and add into a bowl. Heat the cream in a pot to boil it up, then spread it over the grated chocolate glaze. Whisk till the chocolate is melted and pour over the cake. Enjoy!
