Cooking mode

- 25g butter
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tsp Italian dried herbs
- As desired salt
- As desired ground black pepper
- 100g grated Parmesan, or vegetarian equivalent
- 2 tbsp tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- To serve cooked pasta

Step 1
Heat the Ninja 18cm Sauce Pan on low to medium heat. Melt the butter in pan and then add garlic. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes until soft

When garlic is soft, reduce heat to low. Stir in cream, herbs, salt, and pepper and allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently

Add in Parmesan and stir until melted then stir in parsley

Serve with cooked pasta and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese, if desired
