Grease and line round Ninja loaf tin or a 500g loaf tin.
Step 2
Install the dough blade in the Precision Processor® Bowl. Add the flour, spice, salt and baking powder. Select PULSE twice to mix. Peelbananas and add to bowl withsugar, oil, eggs. Install the lid, then select MIX.
Step 3
Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 160°C and set time to 5 minutes to preheat. Select START/STOP to begin. Place tin in pot. Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 170°C and set time to 50-60 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. If the cake is starting to brown too much on top, cover with a piece of aluminum foil. Check whether cake is cooked by inserting a wooden toothpick and it should come out clean.

Allow to cool on a wire rack.
