Berry Coconut Lollies

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 bananas
  • 150g frozen berries
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt 
  • 100ml coconut water or coconut milk
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Melted white and/or dark chocolate and granola, to decorate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the bananas, berries, yogurt, milk or water and vanilla into your Ninja Kitchen food processor or blender cup and whizz up well until quite thick and smooth.

  • Step 2

    Divide the mixture between 6 lolly moulds then add the sticks in and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 3

    Once solid, remove from the freezer a few minutes before then remove from their moulds. Place on a wire rack, then drizzle with chocolate and scatter over granola. Enjoy straight away or keep in the freezer for up to 1 month.
