Black Grape Sorbet
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 225ml black grape juice
- 30g caster sugar
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 250g black seedless grapes

Step 1
Heat grape juice and sugar gently in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice.

Place grapes into a blender, pour in the warm grape juice and whizz until smooth.

Place sieve over the tub and pour mixture through. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Step 5
Select SORBET.

Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
If your freezer is too cold, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.
