Blueberry Smoothie Lollies

Cooking mode

  • 250ml coconut or nut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 65g frozen blueberries
  • 30g plant based protein powder (optional)

Utensils

  • Freezer
  • Step 1

    Place all the ingredients for the lollies in your blender cup, use the ‘blend’ option until you have a thick smoothie  

  • Step 2

    Divide the smoothie between ice lolly moulds 

  • Step 3

    Place in the freezer to set for at least 3 hours 

  • Step 4

    Once ready to eat, briefly run the moulds under warm water to make removing the lollies easier
