Cooking mode

For the giant pancake

  • 80g oats
  • 20g sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml milk

For the caramel apples

  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1-2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Flaked almonds and yogurt, to serve

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a small skillet pan.

  • Step 2

    Place the pancake ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen food processor or blender and whizz up until thick and slightly smooth. Spoon into the skillet pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile heat the coconut oil, sugar and cinnamon in a small pan then throw in the apples and cook on a medium heat for 5-8 minutes until caramelised and softened.

  • Step 4

    Serve the pancake hot/warm with some yogurt, the apples spooned over and drizzled with caramel sauce, sprinkled with flaked almonds. Enjoy!
