Salted Caramel Pancakes
The smoothest mixture thanks to the Ninja, with the most gorgeous Salted Caramel taste thanks to the Mighty Human Protein Powder. These pancakes are fit for the perfect stack.

- 30g Mighty Human Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 100g plain flour
- 60g oat flour
- 300ml dairy free milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Toppings of choice

Method

Step 1
In your ninja add the protein, plain and oat flour, dairy free milk and baking powder. Blend on max speed until the mixture is silky smooth.

Step 2
Heat a pan on a medium heat and add a tiny bit of oil. Pour a table spoon of mixture per pancake from a height to get perfectly round pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear and then carefully flip them over and cook for a minute on the other side.

Step 3
Repeat until all of the mixture is used, stack, and top with your favourite toppings.
