Chicken Fajitas
These Chicken Fajitas are delicious, spicy and smoky. They are quick to prepare and very hands off, making for an easy lunch.

- 2lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breast in slices
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1 Orange Pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Red or White Onion, Diced
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp ground Coriander
- A pinch ground Cumin
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1 Lime, Juice only
- Tobasco
- Corn or Flour Tortillas

Step 1
Preheat the Airfryer.

Add the chicken to the basket along with the peppers, onion and oil.

Now add Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Cumin and Garlic. Spread over the meat.

Spray evenly with a coat of olive oil cooking spray.

Step 5
Cook at 200 C for 12 minutes. Reduce to 5 minutes if using Breast.

Halfway through the cooking time, open the lid and stir everything together.

Cook for an additional 8 – 12 minutes or until chicken is well done. 3 – 5 minutes if using breast.

Squeeze over Lime Juice and a dash of Tobasco.

Serve with warm tortillas.
