Chicken Leg Quarters
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp store brought Peri Peri Rub or similar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- chicken legs

Step 1
Marinade the Chicken in the Rub, Oil and Lemon Juice for 1 – 3 hours.

Step 2
Preheat the Grill to the highest setting.

Step 3
Grill for 20 – 25 minutes. Turn once mid way.

Step 4
Check that the chicken is cooked though before removing.
