Chicken Soup
This is the soup I make for my kids when they are sick. It is made quite regularly in the colder months and is delicious.
Utensils required
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1.5 inch Ginger crushed or 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 700ml Chicken Stock
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 100g Sweetcorn
- Leftover 1/2 Rotisserie/Roast Chicken shredded

Method

Step 1
Saute Onion, Ginger and Garlic in Soup Maker.

Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients minus the chicken and press the smooth soup button.

Stir in the shredded chicken.

Check seasoning and adjust if needed.
