Chocolate & Fudge Cookies
These are the most indulgent cookies you will try. Rich, buttery cookies loaded with fudge pieces and chocolate piece. As the fudge pieces melt along with the cookie dough, you will get a gooey yet fudgy end result. A must for any fudge lover.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 150g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 120g light brown sugar
- 80g white sugar
- 230g plain flour
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 200g fudge pieces
- 100g chocolate pieces

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the dough blade, add the light brown sugar, white sugar and butter and select low for approximately 30 seconds to create a sugary paste.

Add the flour, egg yolks and bicarbonate of soda and select low again for 30-60 seconds to mix all of the ingredients together and create the cookie dough.

Step 3
Add the fudge pieces along with the chocolate pieces and select low again for 15-20 seconds to mix the fudge pieces and chocolate in the cookie dough.

Step 4
Place the cookie dough in the fridge for approximately 1-2 hours.

Step 5
Remove the cookie dough from the fridge, using an ice-cream, scoop the cookie dough into balls – set aside.

Step 6
Set your Ninja Mini Flip oven to bake at 170C degrees (if you are using a regular oven, do make sure you preheat the oven 20 minutes before), place the cookie dough balls in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper with a large gap in between each cookie.

Place in the oven and bake for 11-13 minutes.
