Chocolate Orange Protein Bites
This delicious gluten free, high protein, snack recipe is so easy to make! Great for a post-workout snack or lunch box filler.

- 200g medjool dates, pitted
- 25g vegan chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 zest of orange
- 20g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut or almond milk
- 20g cacao nibs (optional)
Utensils

Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except for the cacao nibs, in the processor bowl

Step 2
Process on medium speed until everything is combined, 10-20 seconds

Step 3
Roll the mixture between your hands to create 12 protein balls

Step 4
Crush the cacao nibs (if using), then roll each ball to coat

Step 5
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
