Creme Egg Brownies
A super easy to make yet deliciously gooey chocolate brownies perfect for the Easter celebrations. Not only are the brownies moist and gooey, you bite into gooey Cadbury crème egg.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 135g butter (room temperature)
- 100g dark chocolate (melted)
- 50g plain flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 6 mini creme eggs

Step 1
Add the room temperature butter to the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen with the plastic dough blade, also add melted dark chocolate and select low for approximately 30 seconds to mix the ingredients together.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, egg and sugar and select low again for approximately 45 seconds to mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

Step 3
Pre-heat your Ninja Mini flip oven set to 180c for 20 minutes.

Pour the brownie batter in a tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Step 5
Slice the mini creme eggs in half and scatter them oven the brownie batter and place in your Ninja mini flip oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool, then remove from the tray and allow to cool fully before cutting the brownies into squares.
