Fresh Mint Sauce

Cooking mode

  • 1 bunch mint leaves, stripped off stem
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp boiling water

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place the mint into the 700ml cup. 

  • Step 2

    Press PULSE 23 times until roughly chopped. 

  • Step 3

    Add vinegar, sugar and water. Press PULSE 2-3 times until mixed. 

  • Step 4

    Remove blades from cup after blending.
