Grilled Harissa Chicken

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 6-8 chicken thighs
  • 8 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1.5 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 5-6 tsp harissa paste
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • To taste salt and pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides

  • Step 2

    Place the chicken in a bowl and add garlic, coriander, paprika, chilli flakes, lemon juice, harissa paste and a drizzle of olive oil

  • Step 3

    If you have time, leave the chicken to marinate overnight, however, it can be marinated for a minimum of 2 hours if you don’t have enough time

  • Step 4

    Place the chicken thighs on the top and bottom grill, then place it in the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker0 and turn on the grill function for approximately 5 minutes after which the thighs should be swapped from top to bottom and vice versa and then grilled for another 5 minutes

  • Step 5

    Once done, air fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until you can see a crisp on the chicken

  • Step 6

    Serve with couscous, vegetables or fries!
