Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the Combi Pan andstir to combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
Step 2
In alarge bowl, mix all Level 2 ingredientstogether, except for the coriander. Transfer tobake tray and spread out evenly. Slide the tray into Level 2.
Step 3
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBICOOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperatureto 175°C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for6minutes before cooking). Stir prawns halfway through cooking.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stirand fluff the rice, thenstir in the fresh coriander into the prawns, vegetables,and sauce. Serve with the rice.
