Ingredients

Bottom of pot

  • 200g quinoa, rinsed
  • 40g fresh spinach
  • 375ml water or stock
  • Salt and ground black pepper, as desired

Tray

  • 12 fresh or frozen meatballs
  • Greek seasoning, as desired

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • 0 Fresh sliced vegetables of choice
  • Pickled vegetables
  • Hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Fresh herbs

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all Bottom of Pot ingredients in the pot and stir to combine.

  • Step 2

    Pull out the legs on the Cook and Crisp tray, then place tray in the top position in the pot, above the quinoa. Season meatballs on all sides with the Greek seasoning. Place the meatballs on top of the tray.

  • Step 3

    Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to RAPID COOKER.

  • Step 4

    Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 190˚C and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will STEAM for approx. 10 minutes, before countdown timer begins).

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, transfer the meatballs to a plate. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the centre handle and remove the tray from the unit. Stir the quinoa and serve with meatballs and desired toppings.
