Mini Egg Oat Cookies
A delicious Easter take on an oat cookie recipe. These cookies are used making oats opposed to flour. They are loaded with Cadbury mini eggs on the inside giving you a sweet yet crunchy addition to these fun cookies.

- 225g ground oats
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 80g Cadbury mini eggs

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System with the metal blade, add the oats and pulse until the oats turn into flour. Then, remove the metal blade and replace with the plastic dough blade.

Now add the brown sugar, salt and butter and begin to combine the butter with the dry ingredients.

Follow by adding the egg and select low for approximately 45-60 seconds.

Place the mini eggs in a sealed bag and break them into piece using a rolling pin.

Pour the broken mini eggs in the Ninja bowl and select low until the eggs are well combined with the dough.

Then, set your Ninja oven to bake for 15 minutes at 170C degrees and allowed the oven to preheat quickly.

Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten them into a cookie shape. Place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
